Description:
This electronic elevator load testing device LC-MV59X/LC-58S is applicable to all elevators with movable car platform in need of overload signals. This device is of extremely high performance-price ratio. This appliance is to overcome the inherent disadvantage of the mechanical overload switch and to replace it, an it is planetary load measuring system for elevator &lift overload protection because of cheap price and easy installation and maintenance.

Working Principle:
This elevator&lift overload control system LC-MV59X weighs the elevator car load based on the principle of the elastic deformation of movable elevator car platform caused by loading with the hall effect switch sensor measuring the change of displacement, fulfilling the aim of load weighing, and it is fast and accurate.

Instruction:
The purpose of the SUMMIT Load Weighing system is to measure the load in the elevator and pro-vide usable information about the load to the elevator controller. This information is used forpre-torquing and for dispatching decisions, e.g. light load anti-nuisance, heavy load and over-load.
The system usually consists of a sensor or group of sensors mounted on the elevator’s some position such as clamping on wire rope, or under cabin, under the wire rope plate installation and a control unit. The sensor(s) provide a signal to the control unit directly related to the amount of load in the cab. The load weighing control accepts this signal and provides usable data to the elevator controller in the form of an analog signal and discrete relay contacts.
