Description:

The intelligent SUMMIT load weighing device WDS-MR100 series are used to evaluate the load inside the car, and it is convenient and fast to clamp on multiple wire ropes,easy installation and WDS-MR100/200/300 series provides real time load information and uses that information to tell the controller how to operate accordingly, In addition, the user friendly keypad allows flexible programming. An automatic calibration mode is also available, This multiples wire ropes load weighing device is perfect for modernization as well as for new installations

 

A typical SUMMIT WDS-MR100 assembly installation takes just a few minutes. Th load weighing ghing device WDS-MR200 is just attached to the ropes above the roof of the cab by means of a central clamp whose tightness is determined by a pair of spacers. (The two clamp spacers are precisely sized for different diameter rope; the rope diameter is engraved on the spacers.) The clamp presses the ropes onto two cylindrical sensors. The width of the clamp will vary with the dimension of the spread of the ropes
